Soul Collage Retreat, Saturday, April 12, 10am-2pm
”Come Away For A While and Rest” - Mark 6:31
An invitation to a time of creative quiet and contemplation at St. John the Evangelist.

Spend a prayer-filled Saturday prior to Holy Week using a creative and no-fail collage process to deepen your experience of listening to your heart and soul.
During this 4-hour retreat we will explore how to stay true to the path as we navigate an unclear road ahead. We will create sacred and personal prayer cards to assist and ground us this Holy Week and Easter season.

Please plan to bring your lunch- drinks will be provided.
A suggested donation of $30 is payable by cash or check at the door. Please register by contacting the office.

FLYER

In collaboration with Contemplative Outreach of Portland and Shalom at the Monastery:
Introductory Centering Prayer Workshop in Mt. Angel, Oregon, Saturday, April 26 and May 31

Centering Prayer is a receptive method of silent prayer in which we experience God’s presence within us; closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than consciousness itself. This method of prayer is both a relationship with God and a discipline to foster that relationship.

The workshop is being held at Queen of Angels Monastery in Mt. Angel, Oregon (840 S Main St). A suggested donation of $40 can be paid to Benedictine Sisters. See the flyer below for full details and registration directions.
